We pride ourselves in delivering your order in the best quality packaging, delivered by a first-class courier. If however, your order is damaged upon delivery, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

If you have a problem with the quality of your order, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If you refuse delivery of your order, we will provide a full refund less the cost of delivery and return.

If you change your mind or are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your item in its original package and undamaged and we will then provide a full refund less the cost of delivery.
